Indiana Fitness Works is a privately owned and operated rehabilitation company. The organization is owned and operated by a speech/language pathologist. We provide Physical, Occupational, Speech/Language Therapy, and Restorative nursing services to 32 long term care facilities and 2 children's facilities in Indiana.

Indiana Fitness Works started in July 2005, formed by a group of therapists who wanted to make a difference. Currently we have expanded our familiy of therapists to over 140 full time, part time, and PRN staff. We serve 32 long term care facilities and 2 children's facilities in Indiana.
